About the Event
You don't want to miss out on the fun at our 11th annual winter fundraiser! After all, who doesn't like bowling? Come as an individual or get your team together for a fun-filled day of bowling. As always, there can be up to 5 people per team. Registration gets you 3 hours of bowling, shoe rental, one pizza and pitcher of pop per team. Of course, there will also be a raffle and prizes! The cost is only $30 per person, or $20 for students and kids under 18. You may choose to pay when you register or to pay later. The pay later option allows you to pay by the day of the event. You can pay using PayPal (jbrochowski@mjbfoundation.org), make a check payable to the MJB Foundation, or have a check, cash or credit card ready on the day of the event.

If you choose the 'Pay Now' option, you will complete this registration form and then be directed to pay using PayPal. The amount required will be $30 for each bowler you register. Please indicate the number of bowlers you are registering regardless of whether you are paying now or later.
